Envisioning the brand for a coastal-inspired student housing community in Charleston, South Carolina. The goal was to create an identity that felt young and vibrant while remaining polished and inviting. The visual system blends modern, eco-friendly design with an easygoing beach aesthetic through organic textures, sun-faded colors, and expressive yet refined typography. Every element was designed to support a lifestyle centered on connection, wellness, and community, reflecting thoughtfully curated amenities and shared spaces. The result is a warm, approachable brand with effortless coastal charm. This was definitely a fun one to bring to life!
